Terms and Conditions

The time you select during your booking must be the START time of your ceremony. Not the time you are putting on your invitation or the time you expect your officiant to arrive. If your wedding does not START at the time listed in your booking, you may be subject to rescheduling fees or late fees. Please do not book your wedding ceremony until you are certain of the start time of your wedding ceremony.

Please note that this is not a quote system. This form requires a retainer to secure a date and time and retainers are non-refundable for any reason. Please email us at cramirez@cherylramirez.com for a full quote. We never want our couples to be surprised by the final cost. 

If you book your ceremony within 30 days of your wedding date, you are agreeing for the full ceremony cost to be charged to the card on file following processing. Please email us for a full quote including any applicable travel and holiday fees.

Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
